Food Tech - 2018

Pancakes: 

Ingredients: 

• 1cp of Self raising flour
• 2Tbsp of White sugar
• 1c of Milk
• 1 egg
• 30g of butter 
• And Maple syrup 

Method: 

First we put the dry ingredients first so we put 1 cp of self raising flour into a bowl then added 2Tbsp of White sugar. We then put add the wet ingredients into the bowl so 1 cup of milk, 1 finely beaten egg, 30g of melted butter and then mix until it's smooth with no lumps in it. When that is done you take out your pan put it to 180 degrees and spread butter all over the pan. Once it has heated up then you start scooping some of the mixture with a spoon and pour it into the pan. Cook the pancakes until it is golden brown on the edges and then when that is done you then serve it on a plate and pour golden syrup over it and it's optional to put blueberries on top too.

Cocoa Muffins:

Ingredients:

Step 1 - 2 c of self rising flour

• 4 tsp of cocoa
  
  
• ½ c of oil
  
  
• 1 c milk, 1 egg
  
  

First we had to put the dry ingredients together and that was 2cp of self raising flour, 4tsp of cocoa powered, 1cp of white sugar you put all that into a bowl. Then you add to the wet ingredients which are 1cp of milk, 1 egg, 1c of oil and then you put all of it into a one bowl and mix it with a plastic scraper until it is smooth and dark brown. When it is ready then you scoop the batch into the muffin trays and then you put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. When that is done then you sit down and enjoy your muffins.

Macaroni:

Method: 

Firstly you pour macaroni into a pot with cold water and put it on 180 degrees and boil it until it is nice and soft. Finely chopped and diced up the tomatoes and onions, then put it into a bowl, then we get the ham and dice it into fine squares and pour that into the bowl. When all that is done you then pour the macaroni into a sive to take out the water then add it into your mixture. Then add mayonnaise and mix until it's good then you eat.

Burger:

Ingredients:

Beef mince( Hand-made patty)

Cheese

Lettuce

Sweet Chilli Sauce

We first chopped up all the vegetables including lettuce, and tomatoes and then we cooked the mince until it is cooked finely, When all of it is done then we spread the mayonnaise on the buns and add chilli sauce to it. And then put all of the things together then eat.

Nachos:

This week, we created nachos. As in; Nachos sauce while placing upon the nachos. To be fair, it was delicious. However its sad cause this is our last cooking session of the year before jump start.

Method:

1. Dice the onions   and fry until soft add the mince and fry until its cooked

2. Add baked beans, sauce, cheese, boil for 4 mins.

3.Serve on top of the corn chips.

Chocolate cake:

Ingredients: 

• 1-2c of SRF
• 2-1c of sugar
• 3- 1/2c of oil
• 4- 1c of milk
• 5- 1 egg
• 6- 1/4c of cocoa
• 7- Combine all and mix well, scoop into the muffin tray 
• 8- Bake 180 degrees for 15 mins

Social responsibility is defined as attitudes and Values that can support students in making responsible decisions about behaviours and involvement in physical education.

What level were you during our lesson? I reckon I was level 2 because I was active and participating and I never did or say anything negative towards others.

What could you do to improve next lesson? I could improve nest time by following the rules

What are some of the differences in lives

between the two boys?  How do you know this?  

What human rights does one have and

the other not have?

We have many inequalities in our world. We have inequalities because other countries don't have the freedom that we have, and they get forced to work. A place that I know that has these kinds of inequalities is Asia, In Asia they don't have the rights and freedom to go school and have a free life instead they have to work for the government and make products for the rest of the world to use or wear. I believe they have these inequalities because the government is forcing them to work and if they don't then they will get punished. A solution to solve these inequalities is that we shouldn't force the kids to work and just let the adults do the work and let the kids have freedom and the right to go school and get education and a job.

In this scene Will Smith's uncle gave him a whole season tickets to watch the L.A Clippers. Will Smith was moving his body physically, but then he remembered what happened to his cousin who took the drugs that were in his locker.

In this scene Will Smith remembered what happened to his cousin and his emotion from happiness dropped because he remembered that he took the drugs that he bought off some of his friends and it affected his cousin’s health, Will Smith felt bad because his cousin could’ve died just because he took the pills that were in Will Smith’s locker. That’s when he had to tell the truth to his uncle and their family.

This is when Will told his Uncle the truth about what happened to Carl. Will maned up and showed sense of achievement and told his uncle what happened to Carl. When Will was explaining to Uncle Phil what happened to Carl. Will felt sorry for Carl because he was his cousin and if he died it would be all his fault.

In this scene Will felt sorry for what happened to his cousin Carl. His relationship with him was strong because they were family and Will could've killed him because of the pills that he took from Will's locker.

This affected Will Smith's overall well being emotionally and socially. It affected him emotionally because he felt bad, sad and sorry for what happened to Carl. And it affected him socially because Carl was Will's cousin and he could've killed his own cousin just by taking pills from Will's lockers.
